I feel as though improv has gotten better, but only slightly. Most people involved (with the few exception including Evan O'Donnell and Lauren Davis) feel they're funnier and better than many people. This isn't true and unfortunately the scenes sometimes fail due to a clash of egos. It's a shame becuase there used to be so much potential.

Those are some very very rash, false and uncalled for statements. The team is a group of extremely talented and hardworking people who ALL have equal places together. We all support each other and no one is 'funnier' or 'better' than the other. Each person is on team respects each other and learns from one another. This "clash of egos" is something that you must have seriously misconstrued, because above all, we strive to support each other on stage. To throw away all of our hard work and loyalty to each other by making false accusations of some people 'thinking they're funnier and better' is truely cruel and unconstructive. And because you have chosen to be anonymous, it just proves that you can't back up these rash statements....because they are untrue. In the future, if you have a specific problem with one person on the team, you take it up with them, instead of putting an entire group of people down; these amazing kids don't deserve that. I would like to say how unbelievably proud I am of the team and their professionalism. How dare you negate that by assuming that trivial things like this happen among us.

Hey its ari lyon here. i dont who that first anonymous is or what your issue with evan odonall is but its simply untrue. i know all of those people well and perhepas you should try to go hang out with them a bit before you make a bold false statement like that because its clear to me that you have never even tried talking to them before. this years improv team is incredibly talented and im so insanely proud to say that ive worked with most of them. in the past and any that i havent had the chance to i have at least gotten to know somewhat by hanging out with them even a bit over the past couple of months at various improv shows and practises etc. i would be honoured to work with any of these people any time. if you have never tried improv (and its pretty clear you havent) then i suggest you go take a course or something and try to understand it. its much more complicated than you think. maybe youre just insulting the team because you have tried it and failed, i dont know becausei dont know who you are. dont insult people just because they have wonderful talents. try to learn from them.

Dear anonymous I'm sorry that your misconstrued our improv as a "clash of egos". But i hasten to point out that there is no one on the improv team that thinks they're better then anyone else. If certain people were on stage more then others and you thought this was somehow about "egos" it isnt. The nature of improv involves each person supporting eachother, and your random critism is not helping at all and is simply taken as a personal attack on me as well as every other member of the improv team.
